Today my dad and I tackled the local car boot. As usual it was rammed and we spent a good few hours rummaging the stalls. We came across one lovely lady selling lots of baby items. Under all of her goodies I spotted a Bambino Mio bag, full of reusable nappies! I asked if i could look through the bag to see what the nappies were like and she said I could.
Inside the bag was 6 nappy covers, 25 inserts and 3 packs of nappy liners. One pack was opened, but only a couple was missing.
Now, I was expecting this lady to say she wanted something in the region of about £40 for these nappies, but instead she only asked for £10! Then my dad piped in and asked if she would take £8, and to my surprise she said yes, and that she was just glad for someone to make good use of them! I nearly took her arm off, shoving the money in her hand and running with my amazing bundle!
I cannot believe how lucky I was to get these nappies, at such a steal! Very happy mummy and a very happy baby botty!
